Visitor Information

Two freeways and rail systems intersect here, so transportation is the reason Pocatello was founded.  A city of fifty thousand in a pretty valley named after an Indian Chief. Mountains are on three sides and a river runs through it.  But we are happy to report Idaho State University is the largest employer and tourism is in the top five.

Plan to stay in Pocatello on your way to Yellowstone Park. Click on their Orange Itinerary.

We are prepared and happy to welcome you at our Visitor Center located at exit 67 from Interstate 15, 2695 S. 5th Ave.
